英語師范類的話基本上都是回學校教書

帶「師范」二字的就表示是師范類，也就是大學的課程是針對教學的，畢業以後的對口工作就是老師，畢業之前會發教師資格證；後者就是單一的翻譯專業，沒有教學方面的課程。其實二者沒有太大的實質性區別，專業課程幾乎相同，不同的學校的課程設置可能會稍有差別，再就是非師范類的學費有可能稍貴一些。選擇哪一個就看你自己的打算，如果你想當老師的話就選師范類，沒這個打算的話就選非師范類。
