明天就要月考了，所以今天對學生要求比較放鬆，對自己也是，基本沒有什麼作業改。前兩天在講授習題是發現有些學生注意力不集中，題目都講過了，但是卷子上還都是錯誤的答案，所以很生氣，罰抄了他們，並且跟學生們講以後每講完題目，卷子都要收上來查，如果發現沒有改錯的，一律罰抄，但今天三四班的卷子都沒有收，在這里提醒下自己，下次一定不這么倦呆了，一定要言出畢行。還有下午本來三班是有自習的，但是那節課開考務會了，開完後4點50多了，他班主任問我還去不去上課，我說讓他去安排明天的考試，他說幾分鍾就可以說完，讓我去上課，可是我覺得那麼多時間沒有什麼意思了，並且明天就要考試了，所以沒有去，可是後來又後悔了，還是做事情為什麼不能堅持如一呢，應該去的，是自己的就是幾分種也該堅持下來，哎！以後一定改正了/

小學教材較之初中教材，更加成熟，以口語訓練為主，但課本所包含內容已涉及絕大部分初中內容。各個學校對教材的教法和教的深淺度不一。
從單詞角度看，有的學讓學生背藍體字的單詞和片語；而有的學校要求學生黑體和藍體字的都背。這些單詞中有不少在初中三年裡還要再次學到，如help和help…with…在小學5A中就已經作為藍體字出現。而到了初中，在7A教材中又再次作為生詞出現。甚至有些單詞在初中基本上沒有出現，如5A Unit9 Shapes里的三角形triangle和長方形rectangle兩個單詞。因我市各區對小學英語教學的要求不同，各區小學學生對單詞的掌握程度也不同。鼓樓區和玄武區的學生對小學課本里出現的單詞基本上全都掌握，而我區小學畢業的學生多數只能掌握藍體字的基本詞彙。這在單詞上就造成了學生在小學時英語學習的兩極分化。
從語法的角度看，小學使各種語法時態就已經出現，如一般過去時在小學6A的教材中已經開始學習，而初中教材7B Unit4才開始學習。從各種句型結構看，小學就已經出現各個不同的句型結構，如why don』t you … would you like to do。初中再次學習就有點重復勞動。從音標教學看，小學三年級開始基本上每個單元都有音標學習，然而到了初中不少學生對音標很陌生。
綜上所述，小學教材雖然已經比較成熟，但內容較深，詞彙量太大，加之各區縣學校的要求和教法的不統一，及各個學校的重視程度不同，學生在小學畢業時的英語基礎也就不一樣，學習興趣也不高，對英語學習也沒有正確的認識。學生在小學英語學習中的兩極分化也很明顯。
筆者認為小學教材應該簡化，變得更加容易生動，以游戲和交際為主，減少生僻的英語單詞，保留生活中的常用單詞，使英語學習正真的生活化。而語法教學應盡量避免。對於音標教學應該加強，但老師在教授音標前應接受系統的培訓，以免出現教學上的失誤。同時一定要很好的研究小學教材和初中教材的銜接，避免不必要的重復勞動。小學已經強調學習過的部分，在初中應該弱化，而不是作為新的內容再學一遍。如果兩者正真銜接的很好。《初中英語預備課程》一書就沒有必要再學了。另外，小學和初中的教師應該就小學和初中教材接受系統的培訓，要做到對小學和初中的教材全都了解掌握，這樣才能緊扣學生實際教學。

很累啊，開心，起碼證明自己還是個有用的人，前晚睡不著，昨天又要坐車了，天啊，去到會議室，只想睡覺，想不到還那麼多人，很多外省的,有些還是在職的羅定老師也過來考。特別是英語的，本科也不少，但只招兩個。算，當個經驗吧，反正都不用復習的，面試和試教怕什麼，大學時的英語口語考試也是瞎朦過去的，很多英語過了6級的同學考的口試成績還沒自己好呢，其實他們專業基礎是好的。但老師們經常會拿口語來判斷學英語的人的專業水平，因為寫作是基礎，口語是基礎上的發展加應變能力，但對於我來說就特別了，基礎對於我來說很容易犯錯，就是說基礎不扎實（即筆試）因為不喜歡背，最討厭就是背了。

面試也考基礎，但范圍沒那麼大，多數是表達能力和應變能力，雖然一樣是全英回答，怕什麼，既然來到了，就來一個嘛，在會議室等待中聊天，喝了不少水。報名時是最後一天8月8號下午，所以英語我是最後一個考，一進考場，哇，我還第一次見那麼多評委，有十幾二十個吧，考時緊張，全英對話啊，沒想到他會考論述問答題，問題都沒看清楚就答了，反正也沒看書，隨機答吧。課都沒說完，經常被她問的問題打斷，答完後，在場的評委的表情和大學時口語老師是一樣的，眼睛好象拚命的睜開一樣。期間要回答黑板的語法題，天啊，我居然犯了個低級錯誤，寫錯了很簡單的語法題，還好用之前面試兼職時的招牌笑容打了個完場。考完回到會議室，問了考英語的人都沒犯那語法錯誤，怎麼自己就那麼粗心呢。心裡真的沒底啊，我雖然不是最好的，但也不想做最差的，不想考得太爛的，中午教育局請吃飯，想走了，因為多半考不上了，對手那麼強，有些是外語系畢業的還是本科呢，但也看看成績吧。

吃完就回會議室休息，和其他人聊天，有個是雲城區在職老師來陪堂妹考，好漂亮啊，她不說還不知道她是個初中女孩的媽媽，教了15年了。外省的，難怪那麼漂亮。和她們聊了一個下午，原來她是跟丈夫人事調動過來的，丈夫在市教育局，她問我為什麼不學音樂，手指那麼長，自身條件還不錯。

當時想了一下，她說得也蠻對的，音樂這次還招3個那麼多呢，令我想起高中時音樂老師說她不收我錢幫我輔導呢，但條件是我一定要考大學。但爸說音樂要花很多錢而且沒實用，特別是上了大學之後，就這樣就算了。其實是自己不夠堅持信念，怕累。還和我說到，要挑男朋友的話就挑市級單位的，因為市區的單位比其它區的工資高很多，笑暈我,也太現實了吧。

她這樣一說還讓我想起去年暑假在英東體育館和市政廣場跳交誼舞時，他們問我是哪個單位的，是不是做老師的嗎，原來都是這樣，單位對單位，那裡的確很繁華，像宮廷一樣漂亮。

她好象還會看相似的,她說看我樣子長得蠻有福氣的,我真的要笑了,是不是因為我臉蛋大啊.

下午4點多，成績出了，隨便一看，自己名字上面給打了勾，辦事人說是入圍名單。看了是我前一天想的分數，如果沒犯那一道語法題，我應該是第一名了，因為我和第一名的分數就差一點。想不到，今天體檢時，其它科的來問我考什麼的嗎，一說是英語，他們個個都好象見了國寶一樣，說厲害，還第一次被人這樣子稱贊呢，就是因為招那麼兩個。

不知道是因為什麼原因，我的老師居然讓我寫起了長篇的英語日記了。這個消息，真是讓我感到丈二和尚——摸不著頭腦。
一開始，我的老師讓我寫英語日記的時候，我也是非常的疑惑，為什麼好好的，就讓我寫起電腦呢？（不通順）干什麼事情都有一個原因啊！後來，我才知道：老師為了讓我的英語成績更加地突出，所以，就想出了讓我寫英語日記的辦法。我的嗎啊（刪除）寫幾句英語是沒有問題，但是，我的老師要求我寫得是英語日記啊！要重視日記這個次，日記可是讓你寫一大段的呀！我寫幾句可以，但是，讓我寫一篇英語日記可不行，老師大發慈悲，讓我的英語日記寫五句，並且要在WORD文檔裡面，寫上兩整行，絕對不允許比兩整行少一些，只允許多一些。我這才答應了。
昨天，我的老師對我說：「現在，你已經上初一了，英語日記的長度要改一改了！」我已經只會讓我加一、兩行，可是，我沒有想到……我問：「你准備讓我寫幾行？」我的老師隨口說：「就寫五行吧！」「天啊！五行？你只不知道五行的分量有多麼的重呀？」老師居然笑笑說：「沒關系的，我知道你的英語成績不錯！」「再不錯，也不能讓我寫這么多啊！」但是，她卻說：「上初中，和上小學不同，上小學的時候，一天只有一堂英語課，有的時候，還沒有英語課。可是初中每一天都有英語課，並且五天的課程中，有三天的時間里，一天都要上兩節英語，這樣，你就會知道英語的重要性了吧！你小學的時候，英語成績不行，到了初中，就更要發展你英語好的優勢了，你總不能英語搞得和小學的時候一樣吧？」
我的老師利用她的「鐵齒銅牙」，不讓我講一句，終於讓我不得不答應她的要求了！看來，我以後，可要對英語多多用心啦!

簡評：作者的老師記自己寫英語日記，「我」一開始不理解老師的用意。在老師的「命令」下，「我」答應了她的要求。要想提高英語成語，寫英語日記也是一種不錯的鍛煉方式。作者在文章中可以把自己寫英語日記的過程和感受，具體介紹一下。文中有關「我」與老師的對話可以更簡略。

【解題要點與技巧】
1）注意日記的格式。應用第一人稱來寫。
2）多數句子為過去時，因為事情發生在過去。
3）日記必須根據所給的兩個提示和十個詞語來寫。
4）語言要通順、簡練，表達要清楚、准確。

I was so hungry and cold at that time! I felt I can't take it any more, so I ran to my home quickly. When I got my home, I felt much more warmer and happiness than ever before!

What is the most important thing in the world? I think it is health.You can take away our money, house, car, or even our clothes and we can survive. But if our health was taken away, we would surely die. That is why we always try to eat in a healthy way and exercise regularly.
什麼是世界上最重要的事情？我想，答案應該是健康。我們可以在沒有錢、房子、車子，甚至衣服的情況下，活著。但是如果我們的健康被帶走了，我們肯定就活不下去了。這就是為什麼我們總是努力以一種健康的方式吃東西和規律地運動。

In order to eat healthily, I usually avoid eating food high in fat, like french fries or cookies. I also eat little meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of vitamins. Taking exercise every day helps us build a strong body. Regular exercise is an important part of keeping me healthy.

To rece the crime rate, we all the people should receive a law ecation. Criminals must be severely punished. Meanwhile we should set up a foundation to reward those who fight criminals. It is also important to call on people to learn from those heroes and encourage more people to stand up to crime.

I have a very beautiful cat. Its colour is white and yellow. Its name is Haahua. I think it is my favourite cat.

An Accident
意外

One sunny afternoon, when I was merrily riding home, I heard "Help! Help!".

一個晴朗的午後，當我高興地騎車回家時，我聽到（有人喊）「救命！救命！」。

I rode to the riverside and found a boy of about five in the river struggling. I jumped into the water, swam to the boy and dragged him to the river bank. The boy said he was trying to catch a fish near the river bank and carelessly fell into the water. I asked him where his home was and sent him home.

Which is more important, health or wealth? When given this question, different people have varied answers. Some insist that health plays a more important role in our life, while others see more advantages arising from wealth.

健康和財富，哪個更重要？當這個問題被提出來的時候，不同的人有不同的答案。有些人堅持認為，在我們生活中，健康扮演者更為重要的角色，然而其他人認為健康能帶給我們更多利益。

The first group of people quote the old saying "Health is above wealth" to prove their idea. They argue that, on the one hand, a strong person can do almost anything as long as he/she tries hard. On the other hand, however, rich people will not be able to enjoy the wealth if their days are numbered.

However, he cannot afford the expensive operation , which costs as much as 100,000 yuan. Therefore, he has to lie in bed hopelessly . If he were a rich man, his life could be saved.
